November Is Art Every Day Month!

While blog hopping, someone (sorry have forgotten who already, too many blogs hopped today) mentioned this November Art EveryDay group.  I am going to try to do this!  Every day may be too much for me to post a finished project but it is okay because the idea is to CREATE everyday, which I can and will do!  Who else is up for this?!  Hope to see you there!
These cards were made using Octopode Factory digi-stamps!  (I have a link to her blog on my sidebar)  I like these stamps so much that I have ordered more characters from her line, so watch this space for more .....

Hi Karen, thanks for your visit and your comment. I'm going to check out the Art everyday group- maybe I'll be more conscientious about creating every day. The stamps are great! Patsy from

Love those Octopode digis! It would be great being able to create everyday, but I'm afraid for me it wouldn't be possible, there's at least one day a week that I don't have time for creating :-) Thanks for leaving a comment on my workdesk!

Love these backgrounds -- how did you make that?? They're awesome. My favorite of these two cards is the top one, but then again I just love everything with cats on it hehehe.

The backgrounds are Tim Holtz' method of stamping your craft sheet with the Distress Ink pads (a few colours), then spritz with water til it beads up with the ink, smoosh your paper into it! Easy right? And fun! You never know what you will get exactly and it is never the same twice. I love how the one on the card with the cat turned out!
