There is nothing much happening on my desk today but I did receive this fabulous scrapbook binder today! I seem to have acquired an obsession with all things camera lately (me and the rest of the crafting world, ha ha). Now I just have to fill it up!

I have signed up for an online workshop for scrapbooking! The class starts June 1st and this week the instructor asked for us to make a "kit" from our own stash in preparation for the class. We should be able to make 4 layouts from this kit, so we shall see if I put my kit together well, ha ha! I
have not scrapbooked before but I have watched a lot of this instructor's videos on YouTube and I love her style so I have decided to give it a go! If you want to check it out go to her ColoredSprinkles website. The workshop will last for a month and is a really reasonable
price.
And I am pretty much finished my dog mini-album! I just want to go thru it again and see if anything needs to be added. Then I will photograph it and post it here!
Here is the camera card I was working on in my last WOYWW post. It is pretty small as I decided to make the camera die- cut shape the actual card. I just diecut out the camera on some folded white card stock to make the card and then adhered the black camera die cut to that. And I used a flair button in place of the smallest lens ... so cute!
And this card I made for someone's birthday that I forgot, well actually I didn't know it was his birthday until after the fact. He got a laugh from it which is what I hoped for!

On my desk today I am working on a going away card for someone who loves cameras and taking pictures, so I am using an MFT die cut camera to make this card. It does come with the dies to make the lenses but because I wanted to stamp a circle sentiment from My Creative Time, I had to get out my circle Nestabilities to make a slightly smaller lens that wouldn't cover up the sentiment. Trying to keep this post short and sweet because I know there are many other desks to visit!

This is a card I made a few days ago for a friend. The stamp is from CC Designs and is called Birgitta Blowing Hearts and the sentiment is from AmyR's collection called Heart-y Sayings.
I have been working on my dog mini-album a little bit here and there but it is nowhere near finished yet. I will post it when I finish it but that will probably be awhile yet :)

Here is a Mother's Day card I made for a friend. The stamp is a Kiki LaRue image by CC Designs and the sentiment is my own. (And after seeing this picture I realized I forgot to add Stickles to the flowers and her shoes, so I went back and added some sparkle!)
And I also made a "just because" card that could be given for any reason or perhaps a male birthday card. The stamp is a Stamper's Anonymous stamp called "Dragonfly Legend." I grunged it up to make it appear old.
Once again, two very different styles! And I love making both!
