WOYWW April 25/12

Today on my desk I have some stash that is all dog related as I am going to attempt to do a mini-album of my dogs.  I have never done a mini-album so this may take awhile :)  I will post it when I am done!

Anniversary Card

 I made this anniversary card for some friends.  Just a sentiment cut with a Spellbinders die and some pink patterned paper cut with another Spellbinders die.  The embellishments are the pink Pearl Pen dots around the outside of the pink diecut, a ribbon, and a ribbon buckle with a pearl brad in the middle.  The inside is the same as the outside but without any embellishments.  The hardest part was keeping all that white clean, ha ha  :)

I am in the middle of working on a card in this picture and deciding how I will embellish it.  I have out the Pearl Pens and will use one of them.  If you look really closely you can see my WOYWW badge that I have stuck onto the library drawer that is in the middle back area of my desk.

Silly Sock Puppet Card

 Here is the Sock Puppet card I had started in my last WOYWW post.  I made one image a girl by drawing on some eyelashes, lol!  I only used paper  from my scraps to make this card.  And below is a picture  of the inside ... ha ha, I was giggling to myself when I thought up the sentiment!  I hope my DH likes it :)

This was my desk this afternoon with two stamped images that I am going to use to make a fun card!  The stamp was actually a free gift that I received when I ordered some other stamps from Stamper's Best!  I was so taken with it, that I am using it before the stamps I actually ordered, ha ha!  In case you are wondering what the image is, it's a sock puppet!  Too funny!

2 Cute Cards

 Here are two cute cards I made this week.  The boy is a Greeting Farm stamp and the girl is a Pure Innocence stamp from MFT.  I did some paper piecing on the banner on the boy card and also on the girl's dress and tights.  Cute and fun to make!

Coffee Gift Cards & a Bike Card

 These are the coffee gift card holders I was working on in my last post.  They are less "girly" than the others I made so that they can be given to anyone.
And I also made a card for a friend who loves bikes and who is going away to Europe for a couple of months!  A very simple card and I like how it turned out!
